Q. Do I need an E-mail account to apply at Decton?
A. Yes. This is needed to have a way to retrieve and send your username and password


 

Q. I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?
A. Click on this link https://webapplication.dectoninc.com/Avionte/portals/Portals/AccountsRecovery/AccountAccessAssistance.aspx and we will E-mail your user name and password


 

Q. I forgot my username. How can I retrieve it?
A. Call us at 1-877-DECTON1 (1-877-332-8661) and we will E-mail your username and password


 

Q. There is no selection on “desired titled” and I can’t go forwarded with my application?
A. If on the “your Availability” section of the application reads “Desired TITLED” log off and log back in to www.dectoninc.com . When it reads “Desired POSITION” then it will have a drop down selection menu


 

Q. I can’t sign the forms (i.e. W-4)?
A. When this happens close out your browser and return to www.dectoninc.com and log back in


 

Q. How long can I leave an application open in my internet browser?
A. The browser application will automatically log you off after 20 minutes of inactivity. After that, please close your browser and go back to www.dectoninc.com and log back in with your username and password.


 

Q. How long do I have to finish an application?
A. You have 24 hours to finish an application, after that Your username and password will remain available but you will have to fill in your information again.


 

Q. How do I know if my application was accepted in Decton’s database?
A. You will receive an E-mail from “decton.onboarding”. If you do not receive this email and you didn’t finished the application please log back in to the application and go over it again and finalize, including signing the documents.
